With this latest version of Yo!Yumm, we have integrated push notification functionality with a continuous alert sound on both web and mobile applications whenever a new order is placed. This ensures the merchants and delivery partners can receive incoming order notifications on time and take prompt action.
Note: Platform must be hosted on AWS in order to support the continuous sound alert feature on the Web Application. The Web push notifications do not work in Safari or any MAC/iOS device.
Initially, the admin had to manually add supported phone codes, whereas the buyers had to run a drop-down search. With the newest version, a centralized setting has been introduced that enables admins to manage countries, country codes, dial codes, and flags efficiently. This enhancement allows buyers to easily find their country code using identifying flags and country names in the dropdown tab.
